State Champs Poker
About
State Champs Michigan
- The first championship started with just 82 entries and has grown into hundreds of players. People from all over the state join in hopes of winning the jackpot and becoming the state’s champion. In the past, the prize pool has gone over $200,000 so the stakes are high. You can check it out at the Silverado Gaming Complex in the Poker Room.
- Machine learning goes beyond theory to beat human poker champs. Training the machine amounts to constructing a 'blueprint' of what moves are high-value given any current state of the game.
